Have a question about starting your handyman business?

You can try to send me an email, but please understand that I will most likely NOT respond. I get a lot of emails and if I took the time to answer every one, I would have little time to do anything else.

Please note that I prioritize emails from people who have invested in one of my trainings. This is for two reasons. #1 – If you invested in my training it shows that you are committed to growing your business. #2 – This helps me to improve my trainings because it reveals things that I didn’t cover in-depth.

Want to submit a guest post to this website?

I do publish guest posts, as long as they are of high quality and are directly related to starting or growing a local service business such as a handyman business or other home service business AND written to individuals who are interested in starting or growing a local home service business.

Here’s how to get a guest post published on this website:

  1. Come up with an idea that is directly related to starting or growing a local home service business that you feel will add unique value to my readers.
  2. Double check if your topic and article are directly related to either starting or growing a local home service business and that the content is unique, well thought through, and has some unique ideas or perspectives to offer my readers. Generic content with no unique perspective will not be considered.
  3. Write the article and include at least one image. The ideal length is between 1,000 and 3,000 words. But there are no hard rules here. The article just needs to be as long as necessary to communicate the idea.
  4. Come up with a compelling title to the article that will engage readers.
  5. Send me an email titled “I wrote this article for your website” and provide a link to the article you wrote so I can read it.
  6. If it meets my standards I will publish it. If not, then please accept my apologies for the time you spent.

If the article is of low quality or does not share some sort of unique perspective or idea, I will NOT post your article. I apologize in advance for this, but I do have high standards for anything posted to this website.

Additionally, I am not interested in hashing out ideas for articles. If you have something worthwhile to say and have taken the time to structure your idea in a well-thought-out and composed article, then fantastic. I will consider publishing it with a backlink to your website. But, I’m not here to coach you through writing the article or picking between five different topic ideas that you may have.

Again, I apologize if this sounds harsh. I just get a lot of spam emails about guest posts from people who just want to write a short generic article with no unique content in the hopes of getting a backlink.
